AI, Explained Simply
The no-jargon answer to what AI means for your business.
A short, self-paced course that explains what AI actually is, what it's not, and where it fits in a business like yours.
One-time. Yours to keep, go at your own pace.
Make AI Approachable helps small business owners understand what AI actually means for them — no jargon, no overwhelm, no pressure to keep up with everyone else.

Chiropractic clinics
Most businesses we talk to say the same thing. AI is everywhere, but nobody actually explains it: what tools to use, how to use them - it feels like one more thing on the already long list of things to do.
You are not alone, that is why Make AI Approachable was created.

We've done this before
Back then a salon owner would hear she needed a Facebook page, a Yelp listing, and a Twitter account by Friday. Same confusion, same speed, same feeling of being left out of something everyone else understood.
We sat with those owners at their counters and worked through it one step at a time, in the order that made sense for their shop. Twenty years of doing that work taught us the tool changes but the worry doesn't.
AI is this decade's version. The steady, step-by-step part still works.
Why us
Co-founder, Make AI Approachable
Before AI, when SEO was the buzzword, our co-founder led 12-week marketing bootcamps, walking people through SEO, content, and building a real website — many starting from scratch, some barely comfortable with the basics. The goal was never to make them experts; it was to get them unstuck and doing something that actually worked.
That same approach has shown up in talks and writing for outlets like Forbes, where the focus is always the same: explaining what's happening in tech without the hype, and helping the everyday operator — the florist, the contractor, the dentist, the shop owner — figure out what to do next.
Make AI Approachable is about making the work in your actual business a little easier, a little faster, and a lot less lonely — with someone alongside you who won't make you feel behind for not already knowing.

Businesses like yours
A few of the businesses we work with most, what tends to help them first, and the reason most of them hadn't started yet.
Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, contractors
Why most haven't started: You're on a job site all day, and every tool you get pitched sounds expensive or made for someone sitting at a desk.
Boutiques, gift shops, makers, small e-commerce
Why most haven't started: It's you, a spreadsheet, and a good memory. Nobody has shown you a version of this that fits a one-person shop.
Chiropractors, therapists, dentists, salons, spas
Why most haven't started: You're careful with client information, and the scheduling software you already pay for doesn't talk to anything else.
